Open for election in the Spring elections there are 4 Sabbatical positions, 8 Welfare and Equal Opportunities Officers, 4 UG College Convenors, 5 PG Convenors and 18 School Representatives.

Nominations open 10th February and they close at 4pm on Friday 21st February. Polling opens 9am Wednesday 5th March and close at 5pm on Thursday 6th March.
