All work on the SRC Reception/Welcome Point and in the Second-Hand Book Shop. They are the first point of contact for all telephone, email and information point enquiries. They will be happy to help with photocopying, faxing and binding enquiries as well as taking room bookings, minibus hire bookings and sourcing campus information for any enquiries they will deal with daily on students’ behalf.
The staff will also be happy to help with enquiries on how to use our Second–Hand Bookshop Service, explaining the workings of our online database where students can browse stock and check if their books are sold. We also offer an email and reserve service which they will also be happy to explain.
