If you find yourself suddenly homeless, or circumstances mean that you are unable to access your own accommodation, for any reason, read on.
If it’s an emergency and you need a room for the night, first of all speak with the University’s own Accommodation Service team to see if they can help you – phone 0141 330 4743.
Alternatively, you can try contacting the following organisations to see if they have rooms vacant.

None of the emergency accommodation is free, so if you have no money at all, you may need to try and access Discretionary Funding, Hardship Fund or a Crisis Loan from Financial Aid, or speak with the SRC Advice Centre for further advice.
If it is out of hours you can call the University Gatehouse on 0141 330 4444 and ask for help.
