Exam De-Stress

Exam De-Stress is the University of Glasgow’s student-led campaign, brought to you by all four student bodies on campus.

This year, due to the ongoing COVID-19 outbreak and UK-wide lockdown, we’ve renamed our de-stress campaign ‘De-Stress at a Distance’.

Although campus may be closed, GUSRC are still here to support you throughout the studying and exam period with a range of online activities and fun content aimed at reducing stress during these difficult times.

Yoga Online for University of Glasgow Students

In collaboration with SRC – Bhakti Yoga Society presents this official ‘De-stress at the distance’ event to help to improve your immunity, reduce stress, anxiety and bring more balance and harmony to your life during exams and at these very challenging times at our ONLINE Zoom Yoga Class with a certified hatha-yoga teacher Lois who is also a student at the University of Glasgow.

The class is FREE, however if you have a pound that you could spare to our yoga teacher Lois – that would be very much appreciated.

GU Art Appreciation Society & GU South Asian Society are collaborating to bring you a Pakistani Truck Art Workshop! We believe this will be brilliant to help with de-stressing and having fun during the lockdown!
We’ll start with an art history introduction by Bianca Callegaro about Pakistani Art and Truck Art in particular. This will be followed by an art class led by Nadia Mirza-Saadi.
What will you need to bring?
