If you are registered with a local GP Practice, call your practice. Your call will be transferred to their out of hours GP service. Contact details of local GP practices.

If you are registered with a dentist, you should call their practice first. If they do not provide an out of hours service you should contact NHS 24.

NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde Mental Health Services Crisis Service– call 0845 650 1730

The service can provide short-term intensive community based care as an alternative to hospital admission. This service is targeted at people who are experiencing a mental health crisis and operates seven days a week.

Opening hours:  Monday to Friday 8 pm to 9 am;    Weekends and Public Holidays 5 pm to 9 am.

Breathing Space are a free, confidential, phone service for anyone in Scotland experiencing low mood, depression or anxiety.

Concerns regarding the safety of a child/vulnerable adult

If you have concerns that the child or vulnerable adult is in immediate danger, please telephone the police on 999.
