Booking the Seminar Room
Our multi-functional seminar room can be used by both postgraduate students and University staff for postgraduate events and activities. The seminar room can host around 50 seminar style seating and has tables that can be set up in board room style for meetings.
The room is normally free to use. We ask for a deposit but recognise that it might be difficult for many of you provide the deposit upfront; we therefore waive the deposit as long as a member of staff/department is willing to accept liability for any theft/damage occurred during the period of the booking. A confirmation email should be sent to email@example.com from this member of staff stating they are accepting liability for the booking.

To book the seminar room at The Gilchrist Postgraduate Club, please download the Seminar Room booking form below and return it to the SRC Welcome Point in the John McIntyre building or email it to email@example.com. If you are not turning in a deposit, you will also need to complete the liability form as well.
