Exam De-Stress Spring 2018

The successful campaign run by Look After Yourself at Glasgow University – a cross campus student body initiative – returns

Exam De-Stress is the University of Glasgow’s student-led campaign, brought to you by all four student bodies on campus. We’re here to support you throughout the exam period with a range drop-in events aimed at reducing stress from Monday 23rd April until Friday 18th May.

Every Monday, Wednesday and Friday we will be giving out the ever-popular FREE de-stress packs on Level 3 of the library between 12 and 2pm. We will only be giving out a set amount every day so get there early to avoid disappointment!

Every day we also have access to the Library’s new Doodle wall! Feel free to pop along and leave hints, tips and positive comments for your fellow students to help them with preparing for exams.

We also have some events planned but for more information, see our cross-campus Facebook page: Look After Yourself at Glasgow University.
