Glasgow University Students Representative Council

Glasgow University Sea Society is a fun, friendly platform for like-minded students – whether you are studying Marine Biology or just have an interest and passion for the oceans! We hold regular events such as beach/park litter clean ups, educational talks from industry specialists, conservation groups and other organisations, and we also hold recycling drives! We are very active on our social media pages, we post monthly ‘Species in the Spotlight’ and ‘Habitat Highlight’ features – where we discuss marine habitats, species and conservation matters – as well as our new series, where the committee test and review alternatives to single-use items!
