Find a Solution – Paid Placements
Find a Solution...and get paid £1700
Like many of the projects on offer at the SRC, the University’s Queen Margaret Settlement gives you chance to give something back to the local community whilst at the same time gaining some invaluable work experience.
This particular scheme attempts to tie in with your course and allow you to put the skills you’ve learnt through academic study to good use. The deadlines for this year’s project have passed, but if you’re interested in being paid to work within the voluntary sector next summer (2009), then read on…
Three leading voluntary organisations are asking students to find a solution to a problem which they are currently facing in their work in the community.
