Find A Solution 2009
Find a Solution attempts to tie in with your course and allow you to put the skills you’ve learnt through academic study to good use. Following on from the scheme’s pilot in 2008, three leading voluntary organisations worked with Glasgow University students to Find a Solution to a problem which they were facing in their workplace.
Organisations & Tasks
- Glasgow Wood Recycling were looking for students to develop a stronger marketing and sales strategy.
- the National Theatre of Scotlandwere looking for students to work with the Audience Development Manager and Press Manager in the development, promotion and evaluation of the National Theatre of Scotland’s programme of accessible performances and events.
- The Robertson Scholarship Trust were looking for students to build up a Robertson Scholar communication network scheme.
