Glasgow University’s Students’ Representative Council sometimes asks for the following types of information: names, email addresses and phone numbers.
The SRC collects this basic information in order to contact you in the event of a query.
The SRC will not use your personal information for any purpose other than that for which it is submitted. It will use the information to reply to enquiries, handle complaints and provide details for record keeping and to update departmental databases.
We will not pass your information onto any third party and your details will be held for as long as is needed to fulfill the SRCs legal obligations.
The SRC reserves the right to change, modify or amend this policy at any time.
