Exercise classes finish on Friday 21/12/2007 and resume on Thursday 03/01/2008.

During the Christmas and New Year vacation period SRS Members can sign in up to 3 guests at £3.50 per person per visit – children under 16 may use facilities free of charge but must be supervised by an adult (no access to MC or CV areas, sauna and steam room or group exercise programme) – maximum 2 children per adult
International Office
The International Office will close on Friday 21 December and reopen on Thursday 3 January. At other times, the International Student Advisers can be contacted at No1 The Square or by calling 0141 330 2912.
Advisory and Counselling Service
The Service will also close on Friday 21 December and reopen on Thursday 3 January. If you wish to make an appointment please call 0141 330 4528 or drop into the office at 65 Oakfield Avenue.
SRC and Advice Centre
SRC Reception will close on the 14th December and reopen on 7th January. There may be some limited access to the photocopiers during this time but please note that photocopy cards etc cannot be purchased.
The Bookshop, Nightline, Advice centre, Reception Desk & Minibus service will not be open or running during these weeks.
Student Disability Service
The service will close on Friday 21st of December and will re-open on Monday 7th January. The Student Disability Service is situated on the ground floor of the John McIntyre Building and can be contacted on: 0141-330 2260 or via http://www.gla.ac.uk/services/specialneeds

Glasgow University Library
The library is now open from 07:15-02:00, every day, all year round (excluding 25/26 December and 1/2 January).
Chaplaincy
9th December – Nine Lessons and Carols Service at 6pm in the University Chapel.
24th December – Christmas Watchnight Service at 11.30pm in the University Chapel.
SIPs – Student Information Points
SIPs Drop-in service, located in the Round Reading Room, will close on 15 December and re-open on 7 January. During this time it will be possible to email SIPs using the webform.
Postgrad Club

Accommodation Office
The Accommodation Office at 73 Great George Street will close on Friday 21 December and re-open on Thursday 3rd January 2007.
University Residences have 24 hour security cover from Friday 21st December until Thursday 3rd January. Although the wardening staff do not follow a set rota there will be limited pastoral staff available in all sites during this period, and should you require assistance or support during this period then you should contact:
- On-site security
- On-site senior resident/ warden
- Main Gate security (0141 3304282)
Contact numbers for relevant personnel are on display at each site office.
All site offices close on Friday 21 December and re-open at 8am on Thursday 3rd January 2008. Skeleton management staff will be at some sites at some point during the break.
University Security will receive information and keys from the Managers at Student Apartments, Lister, Dalrymple and Wolfson.
24 hour security cover is in place at Murano Street, Kelvinhaugh Residences, Queen Margaret Residences and Wolfson sites from 21 December till 3rd January.
