NUS Referendum
On 15th November 2006, the SRC held a referendum on whether it should affiliate to the National Union of Students. The result was as follows:
Yes: 262 (6%)
No: 4065 (94%)
Spoiled ballots: 36
Total: 4363 (19.4% of all students at Glasgow)

Part of the process for this referendum is to offer all students the
opportunity to participate in an official “Yes” campaign group and
official “No” campaign group.
