Student Disability Network

Welcome to the Student Disability Network.

The Student Disability Network has been set up by the Students’ Representative Council along with a number of committed students at the University to provide support and an informal contact for any student with a disability related issue.

You can contact all the student representatives using the generic email address disabilitynetwork@src.gla.ac.uk.

So, if you’ve got a any general queries about studying at Glasgow, or want guidance and support from other students, then please email the Network. Also, you can chat about issues with other students on the Network Moodle page: http://moodle2.gla.ac.uk/src/moodle/.

To take part in the online discussions just enter your usual student log in details, go to the services and administration section and then go to the Students’ Representative Council. Here, enter the enrolment key “student” (all one word, no spaces or “ “, lower case). You only have to enter this the first time – after that you’ll only need your usual log in details. If you’ve got any questions or problems then please email enquiries@src.gla.ac.uk.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does this replace any of the University Services?

No. The forum does not replace any of the named services but can be thought of as an online informal point of contact, where communication can be free flowing over the interactive forum or can be specifically directed to one of the members of the Student Disability Network Support Group.
