SRC Staff
The SRC employs a staff team, responsible for the day to day delivery of the organisations objectives and the administrative functions.
The overall responsibility for operational management lies with Bob Hay (Permanent Secretary) supported by the Senior Management Team of Gina Connor (Senior Office and Finance Administrator), Helen Speirs (Senior Advice, Policy and Training Officer).
As well as Helen the Advice Team is made up of three Advice, Policy and Training Officers (Erin Russell, Caroline Ingram & Mhairi Wilson).
Noreen Jennings, Personal Assistant to the Permanent Secretary provides day to day administrative support to the Sabbatical Officers’ and members of SRC Council.
Gina is supported by Sarah Cross (Administrator/Finance Assistant), Rebecca Rush, (Administrator), and the Administration team and Second Hand Bookshop Assistants who are Alison, Laura, Anne & Iain
