SRC Elections
Any matriculated student of the University of Glasgow who has not opted out of the representation of the SRC can become a council member by standing in the elections. Elections normally take place twice a year, in Autumn and Spring.
All Sabbatical officers are elected at the Spring Elections, together with all Welfare and Opportunities Officers and Academic Conveners.
General Constituencies become available at the Autumn Elections, which also represent an opportunity to stand for all positions which have not been filled in Spring or in a possible Summer by-election.
