Razvan Balaban | Elected 2009
Hi. My name is Razvan Balaban. I am studying philosophy, politics and business and I am running for the Arts faculty convenor. I speak four languages fluently and other three at the intermediate level. During my student life I got involved in many activities at the regional, national and even international level. The last big invent in which organization I took part was the European Basketball championship U20 B division man that was in august 2008. I have had organized charities for talented children who could not go further in for filling their dreams because of financial issues.
At Glasgow University I was student representative in all my three subjects, participating at the meetings and debates that took part and representing the concerns of my fellow class-mates. I want to take this at a higher level and representing your concerns at the Faculty and University level.
